Our three application stages

Online application

Your first step will be to complete an online application form. This includes some eligibility questions which will help us to check you meet the requirements of the programme.

Online assessment

Our online assessment is a strengths-based experience, which explores behaviours and working with numbers in a rich, immersive way. This stage will give you a realistic insight into what it’s like to work for Zurich and introduce you to our culture. You’ll be presented with fictitious scenarios that relate to our work, so you can gain a better understanding of the positive impact you can have as an apprentice, both now and in the future.

Final assessment

If you’ve been selected, you may be invited to an online or in-person final assessment and interview. You can prepare by revisiting the details of the programme you have applied for and researching our company, including our services and products. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about Zurich and to meet various representatives from the business.
