About Zurich Resilience Solutions

Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) is the risk engineering division of Zurich Insurance. Our risk engineers’ role is to build a clear understanding of our customers’ risks, including the size of the risk and technical aspects.

We provide expertise, reassurance and guidance to our underwriters on risk awareness and selection, as part of the policy pricing process. We also provide our customers and business partners with data, tools and useful insights which help them to manage their risks. This ultimately helps to keep people safe and protect our customers from large business losses. We also create thought leadership for our Zurich colleagues and our customers.

We deliver our services through our property and energy, and workforce strategies practices. Our teams visit a range of clients throughout the UK, and sometimes globally for international programmes.
