Through our risk engineering team, Zurich Resilience Solutions, we help our customers to understand the potential risks they could face and provide suggestions on how they can reduce the likelihood and impact of these risks.
Through our risk engineering apprenticeship programme, you'll:
- Develop technical knowledge and insurance industry experience, including learning how to apply various legal and insurance principles, procedures and processes
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance market and available products and services
- Learn about risk management, how to identify risks and provide guidance to customers on how to manage the risks within their business or organisation
- Build your networking and proactive relationship management skills
- Take ownership for delivering whilst being creative and innovative
- Achieve an industry-recognised Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification
How long does a risk engineering apprenticeship last?
Your apprenticeship will last around 24 months, but once you’ve completed it, you'll continue to be a permanent member of the team and will be given plenty of opportunities to put your new qualification into action.
What will I need to apply?
The full entry requirements for our apprenticeships are shown in our job adverts.
We ask all candidates to have Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE C/4 and above). In addition, you’ll need a passion for and interest in risk engineering, and to be able to demonstrate your strengths as part of the application process.
