Our UK customer office team are responsible for Zurich’s brand recognition within the market. We have specialists in business partnering, customer insight and experience, marketing communications, digital marketing, UK events, planning and governance and customer communications, so there's plenty of opportunity to develop your skills. Our teams are based in various locations across the UK.
Internal communications
Our UK internal communications team help to keep our people informed, engaged and equipped to do their jobs. The team works closely with the executive and senior leaders across all areas of our business to shape and deliver their communications plans.
External communications
Our UK external communications team create industry-leading external communications campaigns and successfully manage fast-moving, complex PR challenges from both the business and the media. They help to create positive media coverage for our brand, ensuring Zurich is in the front of people’s minds.
