Making a complaint

We’re committed to providing you with the highest possible level of service. If you feel we've not delivered this, let us know so we can act quickly to put things right.

To do this, please complete our online form including your policy number (it usually begins ‘PR’) or claim number.

I have Zurich Accelerate

To make a claim or use the services you need to first register on the Trustedoctor platform. Details to activate your account can be found in your welcome e-mail.

Once registered on the platform you will be supported by an experienced, clinically trained case manager who will hold your hand throughout your personal healthcare journey.
