You will be asked to register for your voucher and choose your preferred brand after your 6th monthly payment has been received. Once you have given us your choice you won’t be able to change your mind.
This table gives some examples of how your monthly premium links to the value of your voucher. The value of your voucher code will be equal to the combined value of your first six months’ premiums paid, rounded down to the nearest £5, to a maximum value of £100. The voucher code will be issued within 14 days of registration after your sixth monthly premium payment has been received. Please see below for registration details and timing.

What plans do the vouchers apply to?
The offer applies to plans taken out as follows, between 1 September 2019 and 1 October 2025. Plans must start before 1 May 2026.
- Zurich Life Protection plans taken out online with us after receiving a quote from this website www.zurich.co.uk using the promo code ZOFFERS100.
- Zurich plans taken out over the phone via LifeSearch on Zurich LPP, using only the telephone 0800 008 3020 or 0800 008 3021.
- Zurich Income Protection plans taken out over the phone via LifeSearch on 0800 804 6810 after 16 November 2020 and by the end date shown above.
When applying via the phone numbers above, no promotion code is necessary.
Vouchers will be issued after 6th monthly payment has been received.
Registering and receiving your vouchers
During the month after we've received your 6th monthly payment, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to register and choose your voucher. You will then have 28 days to complete your registration online.
This email will arrive within 40 days of your 6th premium payment.
Once you have registered and chosen your voucher brand, a unique digital voucher code will be emailed to you within 14 days. Once you have given us your choice, you won’t be able to change your mind. Voucher codes will be emailed to the policyholder’s email address only. Physical vouchers are not available by post.
The legal bit
- The Promoter is Zurich Assurance Ltd (“Zurich” or “we”), Unity Place, 1 Carfax Close, Swindon, SN1 1AP.
- Plans must start before 1 May 2026.
- Vouchers are only available by using the promotional code ZOFFERS100 during the online quote at www.zurich.co.uk, by taking out a life policy via either of the telephone numbers 0800 008 3020 or 0800 008 3021, or an income protection policy via the telephone number 0800 804 6810.
- Vouchers are not available for plans taken out through price comparison/cashback websites or third parties including financial advisers/brokers, except Lifesearch on the phone numbers above.
- No vouchers will be issued if the plan is cancelled within the first six (6) months of the plan start date.
- Vouchers will not be available to anyone who has cancelled another life insurance or income protection plan with Zurich within the last 12 months.
- Zurich reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions in whole or in part where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to notify of the withdrawal of the voucher promotion, to change the scope of the promotion, or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable advance notice of such changes will be given where possible.
- No cash alternative will be offered in place of the vouchers.
- Zurich is not responsible for delays to vouchers being sent by email, and/or where vouchers are sent to an incorrect email address as a result of the registration details being incorrect, and/or where the recipient’s email spam settings prevent delivery of the email.
- These terms and conditions do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any life insurance or income protection plan which may be purchased.
- Applications are subject to normal plan terms and conditions including Zurich’s underwriting criteria. Zurich reserves the right to decline any application for an insurance plan in accordance with its applicable business practices. In these cases, the customer will not be eligible to receive vouchers.
- Zurich reserves the right to change the provider(s) to whom the vouchers apply.
- Your personal details will be stored and processed by Zurich and our incentive provider, Umbrella Risk Management Ltd, for the sole purpose of administering the vouchers for the duration of up to two years.
- * Use of the vouchers at the participating brands’ stores and websites could be subject to the participating brands’ terms and conditions.
