You should have recently received a letter from us explaining that from July 2023, we are no longer providing cover under this policy. If you have a query about your expired Zurich policy, please contact us on 0800 096 6233, otherwise please contact your new insurer.

Want to make a claim?
If you need to make a claim, and the date of accident precedes July 2023, you must inform us either in writing as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the incident.
When you contact us about a claim you will need to tell us:
- who has suffered the accident;
- the nature of the accident;
- the circumstances of the accident.
Please see below a copy of the claim's form to enable you to submit proof of your claim. Do not wait until you have been discharged by your doctor before returning your claim form to us or you may not be able to claim.
On request the insured person must:
- provide at his or her own expense any medical certificate and other evidence which we may require
- at our expense undergo any medical examinations we may require.
