Do I have a plan with Zurich?

Not sure if you have a policy or plan?

Zurich has sold pensions, protection, annuity and investment products over the years. Your plan may have been started through a previous employer or may originally have been with Allied Dunbar, Allied Hambro and Hambro Life, or Eagle Star, which are all now part of Zurich. We also own the brand Sterling which is used for Investment products.

We have Whole of Life protection products which people may have forgotten they had, especially if no recent premiums have been paid to the plan.

Some of our pension policies were funded by our customer’s employer and/or contracted out national insurance credits, so it is quite common that our customers have forgotten about the plan.

We had one customer who insisted they didn’t have a plan with us, but we were able to verify it was them by matching their signature to the original application form.

Very occasionally, our tracing activities find the wrong person, this is extremely rare.
