1. When will I get my vouchers?

You will get an email between 10 and 40 days after you have paid your 6th monthly premium, inviting you to register to claim your vouchers.

2. Why do I have to wait 6 months?

We value all of our customers and want to ensure you have no issues, and are happy with your policy and making your payments during the first 6 months. After your 6th monthly premium has been paid you will be contacted to claim your vouchers.

3. Do I get to choose which brand of voucher I want?

If you took out your policy after 1st February 2019, you will have three voucher brands to choose from – John Lewis & Partners, Amazon or Love2shop. You will be able to choose your voucher when you register, but once you have told us which voucher you want, you won’t be able to change your mind.

If you bought your policy on or before 31 January 2019, you will be eligible for Love2shop vouchers only.

4. How will I get my vouchers?

After the 6th monthly payment has been received, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register to claim your vouchers. We recommend that you add the email love2shop@zurichoffers.co.uk to your email contacts to avoid it ending up in a spam or junk folder.

In the email, you will see a link and a claim code. Click the link and enter your unique claim code, choosing your voucher brand. After registration is complete, you should receive another email within 10 days containing your voucher code.

5. Where can I use my voucher?

Love2shop vouchers can be used at multiple retailers. Amazon.co.uk gift vouchers may only be used on www.amazon.co.uk. John Lewis & Partners e-gift cards can be spent in UK John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners stores, and online at www.johnlewis.com.

6. What will the value of my voucher be?

The value of your voucher will be the combined value of your first six months’ premium payments, rounded down to the nearest £5 and capped at a maximum amount based on each promotion’s individual terms and conditions:

  • For plans taken out on or after 1st September 2019 using the promo code ZOFFERS100, the maximum voucher value is £100. 
  • For plans taken out between 1st February 2019 and 31st August 2019 using the promo code ZOFFERS19, the maximum voucher value is £420. 
  • For plans taken out up to and including 31st January 2019 using the promo code ZOFFERS, the maximum voucher value is £100.

7. Am I entitled to the ZOFFERS19 offer if I apply on or after 1st September 2019?

The ZOFFERS19 promotion finished on 31st August 2019 so this promotion code will not be recognised. However, you can use the ZOFFERS100 code. 

The best way to keep informed of Zurich news, offers and discounts is to log in to your life insurance policy portal and change your marketing permission choices, or by following Zurich Insurance UK on social media (FacebookInstagram and Twitter).

8. I have had my policy for longer than 6 months, but I still haven’t received my vouchers

You will be sent an email within 40 days after your 6th premium has been paid, inviting you to register to claim your vouchers. 

  1. Please check that the email address you are using now is the email address you gave us when you applied. 
  2. If your email address is correct and the 40 days is up, check your email spam and junk mail folders as some email providers like Gmail, Hotmail etc could send the email there depending on your spam settings. 
  3. Please add the email address love2shop@zurichoffers.co.uk to your email address book, and then contact us on contact@zurichoffers.co.uk to send your email again.

9. I used a comparison site or cashback site – am I still eligible for vouchers?

If you purchased your Zurich life insurance plan through price comparison/cashback websites or other third parties including financial advisers/brokers (except Lifesearch), then you are not eligible for Zurich voucher offers. Some cashback and comparison sites do have their own offers though, so if you think you qualify for one of those, please contact the website that you originally used to get your quote.

10. I used Compare the Market – where are my Amazon vouchers?

If you purchased your Zurich life insurance plan through Compare the Market then you are not eligible for Zurich promotions. However, you might be eligible for their own offer. Please refer to Compare the Market’s offer information and T&Cs.

11. I applied by phone using the number from your website or TV advert. Will I still get a voucher?

Yes, if you called Lifesearch from our website or TV advert on 0800 008 3020 or 0800 008 3021 and took out a plan after you were given advice, you will be eligible for vouchers after your 6th monthly payment. You don’t need to quote a promo code to Lifesearch but the value of your vouchers will be dependent on the date your policy started – see point 6 above.

 12. I don’t have an email address. Will I still get my vouchers?

You would have given an email address during your application. If you did not provide a valid email address you will not be entitled to the vouchers. Free email accounts can be opened easily online by searching ‘Open a new email account.’ To update your policy with a valid email address please contact 0800 008 3020.

13. I received an email telling me how to claim my vouchers, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Your email inbox should have a search feature. If you type ‘Zurich Offers’ into the search field it will help you find the email from love2shop@zurichoffers.co.uk. If this doesn’t work then please email us on contact@zurichoffers.co.uk and we will help.

14. I have registered for my vouchers but still haven’t received anything. What should I do?

It can take up to 14 days for the voucher to be emailed to you. Once it goes past this time then you should check your email spam or junk folders as it may have got caught there. To avoid this situation please add the email love2shop@zurichoffers.co.uk to your address book as soon as possible. If you still cannot find it then email us contact@zurichoffers.co.uk

15. I have received an email asking me to claim the vouchers, but I think the amount is wrong. What should I do?

The first thing you should do is check the amount of your monthly direct debit against point 6 above. If you still think it is wrong, then please email us on contact@zurichoffers.co.uk.

16. I have received an email with a voucher code. What do I do now?

Excellent – you’re all set. You can now use your voucher but make sure you check out the terms and conditions for the brand of voucher you have received. You will find these on their websites.

17. I have lost my email with my voucher code. Can someone help me?

Your email inbox should have a search feature. If you type ‘Zurich Offers’ into the search field it will help you find the email with your voucher code. If this doesn’t work, please email us on contact@zurichoffers.co.uk
