You will get an email by the 10th of the following month after you’ve paid your 6th premium, telling you what to do to claim your e-voucher code.
We value all of our customers and want to ensure you have no issues, and are happy with your policy and making your payments during the first 6 months. The month after you’ve paid your 6th monthly premium, you will be contacted by email to claim your vouchers.
You will have three voucher brands to choose from – John Lewis & Partners, Amazon or Love2shop. You will be able to choose your voucher when you follow the email instructions to register. Once you have chosen your voucher brand, you won’t be able to change your mind.
The month after your the 6th monthly payment has been received, you will get an email with instructions on how to register to claim your vouchers.
In the email, you will see a link and a claim code. Click the link and enter your unique claim code, choosing your voucher brand. After registration is complete, you should receive another email within 14 days containing your e-voucher code.
Love2shop vouchers can be used at multiple retailers. Amazon.co.uk gift vouchers may only be used on www.amazon.co.uk. John Lewis & Partners e-gift cards can be spent in UK John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners stores, and online at www.johnlewis.com.
The value of your voucher will be the combined value of your first six months’ premium payments, rounded down to the nearest £5 and capped at a maximum amount based on each promotion’s individual terms and conditions.
For policies applied for on or after 1st September 2019 using the current promo code ZOFFERS100, the maximum voucher value is £100.

You will be sent a voucher registration email early in the following month after payment of your 6th premium telling you what to do to claim your e-voucher.
Example: if you pay your 6th premium on 1st July, you will receive a registration email in early August.
Please check that the email address you are using now is the email address you gave us when you applied – if it is different, call us on 0800 096 6233 to update the email address on your policy and request your voucher.
If your email address is correct and you haven’t received your email by the 10th of the following month after your 6th premium, check your email spam and junk mail folders as some email providers like Gmail, Hotmail etc could send the email there depending on your spam settings. If your email is not in those folders, call us on 0800 096 6233 to request your voucher.
If you purchased your Zurich life insurance plan through price comparison/cashback websites or other third parties including financial advisers/brokers (except Lifesearch), then you are not eligible for Zurich voucher offers. Some cashback and comparison sites do have their own offers though, so if you think you qualify for one of those, please contact the website that you originally used to get your quote.
If you purchased your Zurich life insurance plan through Compare the Market then you are not eligible for Zurich promotions. However, you might be eligible for their own offer. Please refer to Compare the Market’s offer information and T&Cs on their website.
Yes, if you called LifeSearch from our website on 0800 008 3020, 0800 008 3021 or 0800 804 6810 and took out a life insurance or income protection plan after you were given advice, you will be eligible for vouchers the month after your 6th monthly payment has been received, based on the promotion T&Cs. You don’t need to give a promo code to Lifesearch.
You would have given an email address during your application. If you did not provide a valid email address you will not be entitled to the vouchers. Free email accounts can be opened easily online by searching ‘Open a new email account.’ To update your policy with a valid email address please contact 0800 096 6233.
Your email inbox should have a search feature. If you type ‘Zurich Offers’ into the search field it will help you find the email from contact@zurichoffers.co.uk. If this doesn’t work, then please call us on 0800 096 6233 and a member of the team will help.
Once you have chosen your voucher brand, it can take up to 14 days for the voucher to be emailed to you. Once it goes past this time then you should check your email spam or junk folders as it may have got caught there. If you still cannot find it then call us on 0800 096 6233 and a member of the team will help.
The first thing you should do is check the amount of your monthly direct debit against point 6 above. If you still think it is wrong, then please call us on 0800 096 6233.
Excellent – you’re all set. You can now use your voucher code, but make sure you check out the terms and conditions for the brand of voucher you have received. You will find these on their websites.
Your email inbox should have a search icon and box at the top. If you type 'Zurich Offers' into the box, it will help you find the email with your voucher code. If you still can’t find it, please call us on 0800 096 6233 and we’ll organise to have the email re-sent to you.
The promo code must be entered in the Promo Code box during the Quick Quote on zurich.co.uk. The promo code can’t be added at any later stage on our platform, either during or after your application. So if you didn’t enter the promo code during the quick quote, unfortunately your policy won’t be eligible.
