What does it do?
Accelerate provides you and your children with access to quick diagnosis and the best international treatments for cancer, heart and neurological conditions along with bone marrow and live donor transplants.
It offers a range of different services including access to a virtual consultant, private diagnostics, second medical opinion, precision cancer medicine and cancer trial support, as well as global treatment.
How do I know if I’ve got this benefit?
Check your policy documents –If you selected the Accelerate benefit when you originally took your policy out we'll have sent you a separate policy wording document.
How do I make a claim?
Accelerate benefits are administered by the Further Group and all claims are made through their Trustedoctor platform.
To make a claim or use the services under this benefit you’ll first need to register on the Trustedoctor platform.
Details to activate your account will have been provided in the welcome e-mail we sent you when you originally took your policy out.
