We’ve introduced sustainable solutions in our claims handling processes to benefit our customers, people and planet. We actively encourage our claims suppliers to adopt environmentally-friendly methods of working. This includes taking a restore versus replace approach wherever possible and encouraging the use of recycling and green parts.
