Our partnership with Convo
We have partnered with Convo, formerly known as SignLive, a British Sign Language (BSL) online video interpreting service. Convo allows Deaf people to communicate with anyone, anywhere and at any time by connecting them with a qualified BSL interpreter.
If you are a BSL user, you can use Convo to connect to an online professional interpreter. To use this service simply download the app and tell them you are calling Zurich Insurance. You can do this from your own device.
The first time you use Convo you will need to register as a one-off. This will give you good video quality and also means that your calls are secure. You’ll be able to connect with Zurich Insurance quickly via Convo’s Community Directory, clearly highlighted with our logo.
This service is available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
