Important information about letters of authority

A letter of authority allows someone you trust, such as a friend or family member, to access financial and policy information related to your Zurich life assurance policy(s). You can also use this form to let a financial adviser receive information about your policy.

A letter of authority does not allow that person to act on your behalf or make any decisions, only to access information relating to the policy(s) you specify.

Once we receive the completed letter of authority from you, we can share information with them based on the instructions you give us.

Once you give authority, this instruction will remain in place and unchanged until you give a new instruction to us either by phone, in writing, or using our online form.
