Online

If you’re the policyholder, are named on the account you want to make payments from, and the bank account is a personal account, it’s quick and easy to let us know you’ve changed your bank details by completing our simple form.

We'll carry out checks to validate your identity, which means there's usually no need for additional information.

If the account you now want to make payments from is a business account, or you are not named on the account from which the premiums are now going to be to be paid, we will need you to complete the Direct Debit mandate, which can be downloaded from the “Post or email” section of this page.
