Winner of the Chartered Insurance Institute Public Trust Award April 2019

Our Youth Skills programme sees Zurich employees go into schools local to our offices and deliver sessions on building a career in insurance, financial literacy and workplace skills.

The Programme focuses on schools in disadvantaged areas so that we help students who might not receive the same insights, guidance and connections otherwise. In the 2017/18 school year, 177 Zurich colleagues volunteered 418 hours to speak with 1,929 students.
