A helping hand when dealing with a claim

During your claim we may ask you for some or all of the following:

  • Your policy number
  • Details of what happened, where it happened and who was involved
  • Details of any damage (including photos)
  • Details of any emergency services involved or Crime Reference number (where applicable)
  • Any supporting documentation you have available

All we need is 3 things and we will pay your claim the same day you provide us with an estimate or invoice:

  • Your details- Name, policy number, vehicle details
  • Incident details- Who was involved, what happened, any injuries and who was involved
  • Estimate or invoice for your repairs, below £2,500

This applies for all Fault, Non-Fault and Accidental Damage claims, and excludes claims for Total Loss, Fire and Theft.
