Women in Finance Charter

The Women in Finance Charter is a commitment by HM Treasury and signatory firms to work together to build a more balanced and fair financial services industry. The Charter was introduced following the 'Empowering Productivity' report into harnessing the talents of women in finance. When we signed up to the Charter in November 2016, we had 23.1% female representation.

In 2025, Zurich achieved equal representation in its UK senior management community. We have updated our goal to reflect this achievement and our ongoing commitment to equal representation, allowing for a small deviation in either direction given the size of the population. We aspire to retain a broadly even gender split in our senior management, and commit to regular reviews to ensure this goal is maintained.
