What is a letter of authority?
A letter of authority allows someone you trust, such as a friend or a family member to access financial and policy information concerning your Zurich plan. You can also use this form to allow a financial adviser to receive information about your plan.
A letter of authority does not allow that person to act on your behalf or make any decisions, only to access information relating to your plan.
Once we receive the completed letter of authority from you, we can share information with them.
