Timely, expert rehabilitation support for your people
With our Group Income Protection integrated claims and rehabilitation model, one call to a dedicated claims case manager is all it takes to access timely rehabilitation support for your employees struggling in work (presenteeism) or absent from work due to a serious illness or injury. We're here to help them get back on track, quickly and safely.
How can rehabilitation help my business?
Our rehabilitation team are here to help you. The earlier we're engaged, the quicker we can help put strategies in place to support you and your employees. We can help those absent return to work when the time is right, and perhaps even prevent absences from occurring in the first place.
Working with our rehabilitation team can help to keep employees in work and help to avoid prolonged absences. This helps you to support your employees and manage your costs associated with absence.
