Help your employees to Thrive with personalised mental wellbeing support
We all experience times when life’s challenges feel overwhelming. Thrive is a corporate mental wellbeing app that can help detect, prevent and manage stress, and pre-screen for mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, using NHS-approved assessments.
As a Zurich Corporate Risk Group Income Protection customer, eligible employees will have access to the Thrive Mental Wellbeing app. It's also available to their spouses/partners and children aged 16 to 24 in full-time education, living in the same household.
How will this service help my employees?
This service can help you to empower your employees to be more aware of, and help manage, their mental health and wellbeing.
Thrive Mental Wellbeing app – key features:
- Proactive cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programme to help employees deal with negative thoughts and respond better to stress
- Mood tracking and journals
- In-app assessments
- Relaxation techniques including deep muscle relaxation and applied relaxation
- Calm breathing and meditation techniques
- Techniques for mindfulness and sleep improvement, including self-suggestion
- Set personal goals and receive personalised recommendations, based on the information provided
- Progress tracking which enables users to measure impact and recovery
- Wellbeing guides including educational content on topics such as nutrition and diet
If someone needs immediate support the app will signpost them to appropriate sources of help, including crisis lines and NHS services.

How do employees access Thrive?
Thrive is available on Android or iOS.
You will receive a welcome pack from Thrive which includes your unique code to register and access this service. You should share this code with your employees, which they can use to sign up.
