What we’ll need from your clients
- A copy of title documents referencing the issue that needs insuring
- Information on the current and proposed use of the property
- Clarification on whether cover is needed pre- or post-planning (if the use of the property is changing)
- Plans detailing the location and extent of the property
- The amount and type of cover needed (e.g. market value, amount of loan etc)
