Zurich Online is supported by our centres of excellence in Leeds and Cardiff, where specialist underwriters are given the authority to make decisions and provide quicker responses.

Our dedicated SME underwriters are empowered to make underwriting decisions and are trained across our full range of products. They are available to answer your queries, whichever way you want - whether that’s on live chat, over the phone, via email or through the platform. However you choose to contact us, you’ll always be communicating with one of our expert underwriters – never a bot.
