That’s why we offer a wide range of health and wellbeing services designed to help our customers and their employees. From raising awareness of available support to encouraging positive mental health outcomes, our services are designed to make it easier for people to access the support that can make a real difference.

Available for all Group risk customers
- Health Assured’s Wisdom app provides tools to improve mental and physical health, by using personal metrics to set goals and achievements
- Our ‘Raise the alarm’ suicide prevention support toolkit can help anyone prepare for a situation where they might be faced with someone reporting active suicidal thoughts. This includes a responder checklist for anyone dealing with an immediate threat of suicide
- We offer online Health and Wellbeing workshops for HR, people managers and employees. Our sessions provide practical tips across a wide range of Mental Health topics, including ‘Addiction’, Talking taboos – suicide’, ‘stress awareness’, and more
- Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programmes from Health Assured covering topics such as: Space from General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Space from Health Anxiety, and Space from Depression & Anxiety
Available to our Group Income Protection customers
- Our Employee Assistance Programme, provided by Health Assured offers confidential advice and practical guidance around emotional, physical, and financial challenges. From stress to family concerns to financial worries, expert help and compassionate guidance are available 24/7, plus structured counselling sessions per issue, per year, from a network of more than 1,650 counsellors across the UK and Ireland. Sessions can be delivered in-person, online, or over the phone.
- Thrive Mental Wellbeing app, helps tackle common stressors like sleep problems, bereavement, and work-related concerns. It offers mindfulness tools, breathing techniques, and screens for anxiety and depression using NHS approved assessments
- Our Rehab Access Clinic, provides access for HR personnel to speak directly to our medically qualified rehabilitation consultants for tailored advice on employee health and wellbeing – covering everything from managing absence to knowing when to involve Occupational Health and more
- We offer accredited Mental Health First Aid Training courses, delivered in partnership with Mental Health First Aid England. These courses are designed to help with practical skills, awareness, and a deeper understanding of mental health and the factors that can impact wellbeing
Available to our Group Life customers
Our Bereavement and probate support, provided by Health Assured, offers confidential advice and practical guidance for anyone coming to terms with the consequences of a loss including specific bereavement and probate services. Expert help and compassionate guidance are available 24/7, plus employees can access bereavement-focussed counselling. Sessions can be delivered online, or over the phone.
Available to our Group Critical Illness customers
Our Employee Assistance Programme, provided by Health Assured offers confidential advice and practical guidance around emotional, physical, and financial challenges. From stress to family concerns to financial worries, expert help and compassionate guidance are available 24/7, plus structured counselling sessions per issue, per year, from a network of more than 1,650 counsellors across the UK and Ireland.
