Group Critical illness - employee information

Being diagnosed with a critical illness can be frightening, and it can lead to all sorts of questions and concerns about the future.

If your employer has a Zurich Group Critical Illness policy, and you’ve been diagnosed with one of the critical illness conditions or undergo surgical procedure covered by the policy, then you’ll receive a lump sum payment which can help reduce your money worries.

Your children are also covered under the policy, and your employer may offer cover for your spouse or partner too.

Speak to your employer or HR team for more information.

Making a Group Critical Illness claim

To start a claim, your employer simply needs to call or email our claims team.
