Risk management help and guidance
Managing risk
Put simply, risk management is about identifying and managing the risks that could impact your organisation or charity.
For charities and not-for-profit organisations this might include reputational risk, risk of injury to service users and volunteers, risk of damage to property and contents, sustainability and a look at emerging risks, to name a few.
We offer a wide range of services to help you better understand, manage and prevent risk, allowing you to concentrate on your day-to-day activities. This could include carrying out inspections and producing reports or offering training courses to help your staff and volunteers handle risk management better.
As part of our risk management services, our risk experts can work together with your front-line staff and key decision makers to identify and mitigate any threats to your success.
We regularly publish risk management guidance, on our News & Insight page for charities and not-for-profits. Subjects include safeguarding, safer recruitment, tree maintenance, risk assessments and more.
