Renew your charity insurance policy
Renewing your policy is simple and you’ll once again join the thousands of charities and not-for-profit organisations of all shapes and sizes across the UK who have chosen Zurich for their charity insurance. Don’t forget, you can make changes to your policy at any time, so that you have the right type of cover for your organisation’s needs.
We understand that insurance is not always at the top of your list of things to do, so we’ll email you a few weeks before your policy is due to expire with a link to renew your policy online. If you haven’t received an email, please check your junk/spam folder.

Policy purchased online
- Log into your account here
- Once you’re logged in, you should see your renewal available under the ‘My Renewals’ heading.
- Select ‘Renew’ and complete the online steps. Payment should be made on or before your renewal date.
Policy purchased over the phone
Check your emails for your personalised renewal reminder and follow the link to renew your policy.
If there are any changes you need to make to your account or policy, your dedicated account manager will be able to help you.
If you can’t find your account manager’s contact details, call us on 0800 917 9531 or email us (making sure you include your organisation’s name in your email) and we’ll put you in touch with your account manager.
