About the awards
The Zurich Municipal Diversity and Inclusion awards celebrate the initiatives that small organisations put in place to promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity within their communities. These awards are designed to honour the achievements made by your organisations as you strive to make your communities a welcome, safe and happy place for everyone.
The majority of the 170,000 registered UK charities are small, with approximately 70% of them having an annual income below £50,000. The 2025 Diversity and Inclusion awards are set to reward small charities with incomes up to £100,000, to celebrate the big impact you have on our communities, no matter the size of your organisation.
