Staying in touch with us is crucial. If there are any changes to your injury or health, please inform us immediately. We may need to reassess your rehabilitation goals and plan.

Appointment cancellation

If you can’t make it to an appointment, please cancel as soon as you know. If it's less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll still need to pay for it.

NHS Care

It's vital that you see your GP promptly to obtain any necessary NHS referrals. After that, we will work on the quickest way to arrange your treatment.

We may need you to contact your NHS team and, if possible, join a short-notice availability list to expedite your appointment.
 
Even if we’ve arranged private treatment for you, please do not cancel any NHS appointments unless advised by us. This is because some services are not available privately, and we need to coordinate with the NHS.

Clinical letters and test results

If you have any clinic letters or test results, please email them to us at gbz.zrtpost@uk.zurich.com.

Be sure to include your PI- reference number in the subject line.
