Zurich scores 5 stars in the Insurance Times Commercial Lines Survey

We’re delighted to share that Zurich has been awarded a 5-star rating in this year’s Insurance Times Commercial Lines Survey, marking a leap from our previous position of 8th to 3rd place.
These results reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence in service delivery and our dedication to meeting the needs of our broker partners. The 5-star rating is testament to the enhancements we've made in our offerings and service over the last couple of years, including expanding our regional network, focusing on delivering efficient responses, and introducing our modular Commercial Combined proposition to the market.
Broker feedback is incredibly important to us, helping us to continuously improve our propositions further. We’ve been working hard to improve our service levels and bring our expertise directly to brokers through our regional network. By focusing on what brokers need and building strong relationships, we’re committed to delivering the best solutions for our broker partners and their clients.

The Insurance Times Commercial Lines Survey is based on the responses of over 850brokers across the UK. Brokers rate their insurer partners out of 5 stars based on the service they have received over the last 12 months of business. The question set centres around factors such as service, claims, underwriting, relationship management, quality of cover and more.
