Online reporting

From 1 January 2026, inspection reports will only be available through our online portal, Crimson. If you don’t yet have access to the portal, email crimson@uk.zurich.com and our team will be happy to help set you up 

Instant access to all your inspection activity

Crimson is Zurich's powerful online reporting system that helps you manage business risks. With Crimson, you can:

• Access your inspection reports whenever you need them
• See dates of all upcoming inspections so you can plan shutdowns and maintenance work in order to minimise disruption
• Create exception reports to highlight plant with serious defects
• Mobilise resources where defect trends present a risk to workplace safety
• Integrate report data into Excel spreadsheets to create powerful management information
• Identify follow up actions

Crimson puts you in control

You can control who has access to the system and the amount of information they can view, by adding, deleting or amending Crimson users.

You can also enable email notifications of new reports or automatically send PDF inspection reports to users. Crimson can also integrate with third-party asset management and health and safety management systems, providing a complete overview of all your asset information.
