Zurich’s engineering combined product is designed to provide a single policy which includes inspection services and a variety of engineering insurance covers under a single policy for the industrial and commercial sectors.

What does Zurich's engineering combined policy include?

• Computer Insurance – all risks cover for computer equipment and additional costs required to reinstate any lost data or records.
• Contractors’ plant – all risks cover for the insured’s own plant and equipment and also their legal liability under the terms of their hiring agreement to pay for loss or damage caused to hired-in plant.
• Machinery movement – loss or damage to machinery during specified moving operations.
• Deterioration of stock – loss or damage to refrigerated stock held in specified cold storage.
• Sudden and unforeseen damage – cover for sudden, unexpected damage caused by breakdown and accidental damage to plant and machinery (all or specific).
• Machinery loss of profits – cover for lost profits and increased expenses following insured damage to machinery.
• Contract works – all risks protection for ‘contract works’ materials for works completed at the Insured’s own premises..
