Make a Business insurance motor claim

During your claim we may ask you for some or all of the following:

• your policy number
• details of what happened, where it happened and who was involved
• details of any damage (including photos)
• details of any emergency services involved or Crime Reference number (where applicable)
• any supporting documentation you have available

All we need is 3 things and we will pay your claim the same day you provide us with an estimate or invoice:

1. Your details- Name, policy number, vehicle details
2. Incident details- Who was involved, what happened, any injuries and who was involved
3. Estimate or invoice for your repairs, below £2,500

This applies for all Fault, Non-Fault and Accidental Damage claims, and excludes claims for Total Loss, Fire and Theft.
