The ZM Hub is our customer portal that makes managing your claims and policies easier.

The hub gives you a clear timeline for each claim, showing what’s happened and who is handling it. Claims are organised into motor, property, and casualty, so you can easily keep track.

You can quickly find all the documents you need and contact details for your underwriter, claims service manager, or account manager. Uploading files and searching for information is simple.

You can set your preferences to get regular emails with important updates about your claims and policies.
