A helping hand when dealing with a claim

The following 4 things will help speed up your claim, meaning we will pay your claim the same day you provide us with an estimate or invoice:

  • your details - name, policy number, vehicle details
  • incident details
  • who was involved, what happened, any injuries and who was involved
  • estimate or invoice for your repairs, below £2,500.

This applies for all Fault, Non-Fault and Accidental Damage claims, and excludes claims for Total Loss, Fire and Theft.

Here's what else you need to you make your claim:

  • your policy number
  • details of what happened, where it happened and who was involved
  • details of any damage (including photos)
  • details of any emergency services involved or Crime Reference number (where applicable)
  • any supporting documentation you have available.
