We suggest our customers use the following sources for the latest information about the virus from The World Health Organisation, UK Government and its agencies:

We’ve put together the following steps to help protect our customers:

    • Review your initial exposure with regard to the affected areas.
    • Adhere to the latest travel guidance from The UK Government.
    • Ensure you have monitoring procedures in place to look for potential carriers.
    • Understand the local and national arrangements for escalation should you have a concern that you have an infected person in your area.
    • Ensure that procedures and plans for dealing with epidemics and pandemics are in place and are understood. In general, we advise all our customers to have an up to date pandemic plan in place, of which all interested parties are aware.
    • You should also consider your escalation strategies and communication strategies in the event this risk manifests itself.
