ZGP24 - Zurich’s Virtual GP service - employer information

ZGP24 is our Virtual GP service, provided by HealthHero.
As a Zurich Corporate Risk customer, you and your employees (and their dependants) have access to our ZGP24 service, enabling them to book a consultation with a practising NHS doctor at a time and date that suits them. Dependants are defined as family members and others living in the same household.
Your employees can book unlimited appointments through the ZGP24 app or by calling the 24/7 customer service team for answers to the types of questions they might normally ask their own GP. They can speak to the GP over the phone or online and even choose a male or female doctor if there’s a preference.
The service can arrange referral letters and fit notes with no charge, and also arrange private prescriptions for collection from a pharmacy or chargeable delivery to any address.
