Will Paskins is Head of Digital Trading, Schools & Partnerships at Zurich Municipal. His team supports tens of thousands of charities, town and parish councils and schools, and also works closely with broker partners on delegated authority arrangements. He is focused on providing an excellent customer experience, enhancing digital services and making it easier for organisations to access specialist insurance and risk management solutions.

Will brings a diverse background spanning underwriting, claims, proposition development, transformation and digital leadership. Since joining Zurich in 2014, he has held several roles across the business, including Head of Digital Trading & Partnerships, Global Digital Technology Lead for Claims, Head of Claims Digital Experience and Claims Transformation Customer Lead. This broad experience gives him a unique perspective on how technology and innovation can improve outcomes for customers. He's also held roles in our Major Loss team, so fully appreciates and is proud of the support and service we offer our customers when the worst happens.

Will combines analytical thinking with a strong customer focus. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and deep expertise within the insurance industry.

Passionate about digital innovation and customer-centric design, Will works closely with customers, brokers and partners to develop solutions that help organisations navigate an evolving risk landscape. Hello, I'm Will Paskins, Head of Digital Trading Schools and Partnerships at Zurich Municipal.

Within my team, we look after tens of thousands of customers ranging from small charities, local councils and schools, and we also have great partnerships with some of our brokers.

What motivates me is knowing the amazing claims service that sits behind our proposition. It's a role that I've done before, so I've been out there when fires have devastated organisations, and knowing the positive impact and the reassurance that we can give when the worst happens. It is so important when something critical happens to have the right organisation behind you.

Knowing the cost and time pressures that small charities and schools are under, some of the innovations that I'm most proud of are the way that we have launched online offerings for our charities customers, but also our schools customers. We're still there if they need us, but we give them the option to self-serve, or they can come and speak to us if they wish. And I think that choice is really important.

Insurance and the way that you have to tailor your offering to a huge array of organisations that do so many different things is a challenging but rewarding role. And I think it is a privilege to protect the organisations that we look after, and we take a lot of pride in when things go wrong, knowing that we can be there and protect our customers as best as we can.
