You have your own dedicated and experienced case manager – a single point of contact to provide claims support from submission to resolution. Our claims managers are also trained to identify opportunities to engage our rehabilitation services even before a claim is made, ensuring the right support is in place from the outset and to help an employee return to work quickly and safely.
