Podplan enhances website and available services
Our Eldercare support service, Podplan, have updated their website with a fresh new look and simplified navigation. They’ve also added a range of new features to help our customers provide essential support for elderly relatives.
PodConnect
PodConnect, is a new feature available as part of the free service provided by Zurich, it enables users to connect with experienced self-employed carers in their area. They can browse profiles, read reviews, and reach out directly. They can easily arrange interviews (by phone or video call) and manage payments through the online platform.
In addition to the free services provided by Zurich, Podplan also offers users the option to purchase an enhanced service (Podplan Premium) directly from Podplan. Podplan Premium provides access to PodPlanner, PodVault, and PodPost archive (at a cost of £5 per month), however it does not form part of the services provided by Zurich.
