Each customer has their own dedicated and experienced case manager – a single point of contact to provide claims support from submission to resolution. Our claims managers are also trained to identify opportunities to engage our rehabilitation services even before a claim is made, ensuring the right support is in place from the outset, to help an employee return to work quickly and safely.

Speedy claims processing

When it comes to claims we understand it's important to act quickly. That’s why we aim to process all claims activity as quickly as possible.

Simple notification and paperless claims

To make a claim, there’s no need to complete lengthy forms, just give us a call or send us an email and our dedicated case managers will gather all the information they need.
