At Zurich we don’t just cover, we’re here from setbacks to comebacks
Life can be demanding. Balancing work and home, managing emotional, physical, or financial pressures—it’s not always easy. That’s why our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is here to help.
Whether it’s managing stress, coping with illness, or facing challenges at work, our EAP offers a wide range of support to help turn a setback into a comeback.
Here's some key features of how our EAP can help support your Group Income Protection clients and their employees.

- Personalised support - callers are proactively allocated to counsellors with lived experience
- Bereavement and probate support - practical and emotional guidance during difficult times.
- 24/7 confidential helpline - unlimited access to a helpline, 365 days a year. Our counsellors offer friendly, confidential advice on medical, legal, financial, and family issues, such as childcare, eldercare, housing, relationships, and redundancy.
- Online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) - access sessions and exercises designed to help with anxiety, depression, menopause, and more.
- A wide range of online resources - browse our library of self-help tools, webinars, factsheets, and health checks.
- An easy-to-access service - Employees can self-refer or be guided by a manager or HR professional.
