Zurich voted number one Software House insurer

Insurance Times has revealed the 2023 results of the annual IT survey and we've been voted joint Number 1 Software House Insurer, achieving a 5-star status, voted for two years in a row.
Zurich have been awarded an overall five-star rating by brokers in the 2023 Insurance Times eTrading survey. This is the second consecutive year we have achieved five-star ratings by brokers for consistent service across the eTrading route via software houses. We were also awarded 4 stars for our Zurich Online Etrading platform. The Insurance Times 2023 eTrading Survey was open to UK brokers between January and March 2023 and a total of 780 brokers nationwide took part in this year’s survey.
Brokers rate us across five core areas:
- breadth of cover and product range
- quality and number of questions asked
- quality of support
- quotability
- usability and trading ease
