A look back as a marketing apprentice
We caught up with Abbie, one of our Customer Office apprentices, to find out more about her experience and what she’s been up to.
Can you give us a quick overview of what the apprenticeship has involved?
I joined Zurich back in September 2023, after finishing my A-Levels. I started off my apprenticeship in the Digital team and continued to rotate through 4 teams within the Customer Office. This included Events, Marketing and Customer Communications and, finally, TNPS. The apprenticeship has given me first-hand experience to be able to gain knowledge and skills in all different aspects of marketing!
What are your top 3 moments from the apprenticeship?
My top 3 moments would have to be:
- Going to Edinburgh with the events team and getting to meet Gok Wan at our evening event!
- I’ve supported several ZCT charity days for charities that we support, which has been really rewarding.
- I also got to plan and attend our boutique event for the launch of our Accelerate product.
How would you describe the apprenticeship in one word?
Incredible.
