Zurich UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark McCausland as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment marks the business’s commitment to drive forward major strategic initiatives which will address the needs of customers and distributors in a changing market.
The new COO will have a particular focus on activities that cut across multiple areas of the business, working to deliver a seamless experience to the market.
Mark brings extensive experience to the COO role. He’s spent over 30 years working in operational leadership, most recently as Global Head of Transformation at Chubb. With a strong background in operational modernisation and leadership across international insurance markets, Mark is ideally positioned to lead Zurich UK’s evolution.
