Zurich collaborates with Marsh to enhance shared Multinational customer experience

Zurich Insurance announced its collaboration with Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor, to digitally exchange core policy and premium information of mutual multinational customers through API connectivity.
This first-of-its kind digital initiative between a global insurer and broker was successfully piloted in the US and is now launching globally.
Establishing API connectivity will ensure that both Zurich and Marsh have access to the same high-quality information on their shared accounts in real time. This is especially crucial in the realm of multinational programs, where vast amounts of information are manually updated and exchanged daily, typically via Excel spreadsheets.
