Combined Liability now available on Acturis and Zurich Online, giving brokers greater choice and a faster route to cover.
Zurich has expanded its SME eTrading proposition with the launch of Combined Liability on Acturis Open Market and Zurich Online, giving brokers access to more than 1,400 additional trades, making it easier to place liability only business for SME customers. The move allows brokers to quote and bind Combined Liability cover through the platforms they use every day, helping them find the right cover quickly.
The new proposition has been built on Zurich's existing SME Commercial Combined infrastructure, giving brokers a streamlined digital journey and access to a broader trading appetite. New trade options give brokers more choice and enables them to reflect customer activities accurately which gives more confidence to brokers when trading Combined Liability online.
The launch forms part of Zurich's wider programme of proposition enhancements designed in response to broker feedback. By making it simpler for brokers to trade with Zurich and expanding digital access to its products, the insurer is supporting continued growth in the SME market while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Nikki Lidster, Head of SME at Zurich UK, said:
"Brokers have told us they want more flexibility, more choice and simpler ways to place business. By launching Combined Liability on Acturis and Zurich Online, we're delivering exactly that.
"Giving brokers access to over 1,400 additional trades means they can describe customers' businesses more accurately, giving us a better understanding of the risk and helping us provide more tailored quotations.
"This is another important step in our SME strategy and our commitment to making Zurich easier to trade with. In a highly competitive eTrading market, brokers need insurers that can combine breadth of appetite with a quick and efficient trading experience, and that's exactly what this enhancement is designed to deliver."
