Zurich has launched a new digital risk management system to give firms real-time visibility of the risks they face.
The solution, available for distribution via brokers, aims to make risk management software affordable for medium-sized businesses. Six brokers have already signed distribution agreements with Zurich Resilience Solutions, with others in the pipeline.
Known as Risk Clarity, the digital platform brings risk, claims, and safety information together in one place, and is designed to help organisations anticipate, manage, and respond in real-time to strategic and operational risks.
Kumu Kumar, Head of Zurich Resilience Solutions, said:
“Keeping an accurate up-to-date view of current and emerging threats is a big challenge for decision makers, with some still using spreadsheets or standard issue software to manage risks. The result is that leaders may lack the data they require to make informed decisions about risks across their organisation.
“Risk Clarity gives businesses a real-time view of the risks they face, helping leaders to make more informed decisions that can ultimately reduce risks and costs, and equip customers with previously unobtainable insights.”
Built on a secure, simple-to-use platform, Risk Clarity provides a current view of the big risks facing an organisation, or specific teams and departments. It allows firms to manage claims, property, policy, incident and property exposures in a single place, and offers root cause analysis and reporting and analytics.
Risk actions can be tracked from identification to implementation to ensure appropriate urgency. Leaders can also quickly see which risks are more significant than others, and analyse emerging trends. The solution is usable from day one without significant implementation costs.
Kumu added:
“Resilience and agility in uncertain times requires having the confidence in risk data. Maintaining a single, accurate, up to date view of risk is much easier, and leaders can have confidence their decisions about risk are built on sound foundations.”
Risk Clarity is available for deployment today along with agreements for brokers who wish to offer it to their customer base.
