Welcome from James Tait - Head of ZCR

"My first couple of months in Zurich have been great; the team has been very welcoming, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know everyone. I’ve also started meeting a number of our partners to understand what areas we are perceived as doing really well and equally where we can improve. I am always keen to hear as many views as I can as I work with the team to build an ambitious strategy for the years to come, so please do get in touch. Our success so far as a business means we have some really strong foundations to build on as we look to deliver continued growth for the business, and continued protection for an ever growing number of employers and their employees."

Zurich is proud to be a Vanguard Employer

The Sir Charlie Mayfields report, by Peter Hamilton, on Keeping Britain working outlines three phases. Years 1 to 3, which will focus on action and learning with ‘vanguard’ employers and a new Workplace Health Intelligence Unit. Years 2 to 5 will be the expansion phase, with certified standards, and years 4 to 7 will be the general adoption phase.  The concept of identifying and sharing best practice is a practical and positive step – ‘encouraging a race to the top’. Zurich UK will be one of those vanguard companies.
