Personalised support – Thrive Mental Wellbeing app
We all experience times when life’s challenges feel overwhelming. Thrive is a mental wellbeing app that provides help and support to help and support to manage a variety of stresses - from bereavement, to work-related issues or difficulty sleeping.
If your employer has a Group Income Protection policy with Zurich Corporate Risk, then you and your immediate family members may be eligible to access the Thrive Mental Wellbeing app. Immediate family members means your spouse/partner and children aged 16 to 24 in full-time education, living in the same household.
Thrive Mental Wellbeing app – key features:
- Proactive cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programme to help negative thoughts and respond better to stress
- Mood tracking and journals
- In-app assessments
- Relaxation techniques including deep muscle relaxation and applied relaxation
- Calm breathing and meditation techniques
- Techniques for mindfulness and sleep improvement, including self-suggestion
- Set personal goals and receive personalised recommendations, based on the information provided
- Progress tracking to measure impact and recovery
- Wellbeing guides including educational content including nutrition and diet
If there is a need for immediate support, the app will signpost appropriate sources of help.

How do I access Thrive?
Thrive Mental Wellbeing app is available on Android or iOS. Download the app onto your mobile or tablet and sign up using a unique code which you can get from your employer.
