Zurich named Number 1 Software House Insurer for the second year running

The 2024 Insurance Times eTrading Report named Zurich as the Number 1 Software House Insurer, for the second year in a row. This is the third year we’ve received a 5-star rating for our software house experience. Our own extranet, Zurich Online, was also rated 5-stars in this year’s survey.
Zurich have been awarded a five-star rating by brokers in the 2024 Insurance Times eTrading survey for both extranet and software house trading. This is now the third consecutive year Zurich have achieved five-star ratings by brokers for consistent service across the eTrading route via software houses. What’s more, brokers also awarded 5 stars this year to our Zurich Online eTrading platform.
The last five years have seen Zurich go from a one-star rating in 2019 to five-stars in both extranet and software house categories.
The Insurance Times eTrading Survey is now in its tenth year and saw more than 700 brokers across the UK taking part to rate insurer extranets, insurers via platforms and software houses which they’ve placed business with over the last year.
Brokers assess insurers over five core areas:
- breadth of cover and product range
- quality and number of questions asked
- quality of support
- quotability
- usability and trading ease
